Strawberry Smoothie
Here's another great smoothie recipe that you can make and go! Use frozen fruit for faster preparation, and add any different combination you like!
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 cup orange juice
1 cup nonfat (or regular) vanilla yogurt
6 to 8 ripe strawberries, cleaned & quartered
Blend until smooth in a blender.
