Pineapple Banana Smoothie


A super-easy smoothie to start your day! You can add any other fruit, fruit juice or your favorite protein or supplement powder to this as well.

One Serving

1/3 cup crushed ice
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/3 to 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
Blend until smooth in a blender.
